Bay Area Dev expands issued share base by 250 million through HK$1.83 placement, total shares reach 3.33 billion

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (Bay Area Dev) reported a 250.00 million-share increase in its issued share capital for June 2026, raising the total number of issued ordinary shares to 3.33 billion.

The new shares were placed on 26 June 2026 at HK$1.83 per share following shareholder approval granted on 21 May 2025. No treasury shares were created or cancelled during the month.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.10 each, equivalent to authorised share capital of HK$1.00 billion.

Post-placement, Bay Area Dev confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement. No movements were recorded under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles or other share-issuing arrangements.
