中州证券股份有限公司（01375）7月14日公告称，近日已接获中鼎开源创业投资管理有限公司通知，双方共同设立的河南泓鼎股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“基金”）已在中国证券投资基金业协会完成私募投资基金备案，并取得《证券公司私募投资基金备案证明》。中鼎开源创业投资管理有限公司担任基金管理人，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司为基金托管人。
本次备案进展源于公司此前分别于2025年9月8日及2026年7月7日发布的有关成立合伙企业及修订合伙协议的公告。随着备案完成，基金的设立程序已满足中国境内私募基金管理相关要求，为后续投资运作奠定基础。
公告显示，中州证券董事会已就上述事项进行确认。本次信息披露符合香港联合交易所有限公司及香港交易及结算所有限公司的相关规定。
