英派药业-B（07630）首款自研KAT6A高特异性PROTAC IMP2794获选为临床前候选化合物

2026年8月12日，英派药业-B（07630）公布，其已正式将IMP2794提名为临床前候选化合物（PCC）。IMP2794为一款针对KAT6A的高特异性蛋白降解靶向嵌合体（PROTAC），系公司依托自有靶向蛋白降解平台发现的首个PCC。

公告披露，IMP2794可高效、选择性地降解KAT6A，对同源蛋白KAT6B的选择性超过1,000倍。体外研究显示，该化合物对肿瘤细胞具有显著细胞毒活性，并表现出较低血液毒性；在敏感及非敏感乳腺癌CDX模型中，IMP2794均展现优异的体内抗肿瘤效果。

此外，IMP2794在多种啮齿类和非啮齿类动物中显示出极高的口服生物利用度，提示其在人体中可能实现理想的药物暴露水平。

公司表示，此次提名标志其靶向蛋白降解平台完成首个PCC产出，验证了平台技术成熟度和产出能力。该平台通过E3配体库与连接子库，可快速组装具备优异口服生物利用度的PROTAC分子，并与公司抗体偶联药物（ADC）平台形成机制互补。
