甲骨文（Oracle）计划今年筹集450亿至500亿美元，透过债务及股权发行的组合方式，为其云端基础设施扩建额外容量。公司声明表示，此次筹集资金是为了扩建产能，以满足最大型Oracle Cloud Infrastructure客户的合约需求，包括AMD、Meta、Nvidia、OpenAI、TikTok及xAI等。受消息影响，甲骨文盘前跌4%。
美油下跌逾5%至61.58美元/桶，美股西方石油盘前跌逾3%， 雪佛龙 跌逾1%， 埃克森美孚 跌2%。
加密币下挫，比特币跌至7.6萬美元，以太坊跌至2200美元；概念股Strategy 盘前重挫逾7%， BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc. 跌12%， SharpLink Gaming 跌12%， Coinbase Global, Inc. 跌4%， Robinhood 跌逾3%。
明星科技股普跌，英伟达跌2%，AMD跌超2.5%；
存储芯片股多数走低，西部数据跌超3%；
黄金股大跌，哈莫尼黄金跌超6%。
