途屹控股有限公司（TU YI HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED，股票代码：1701）于2026年2月3日公布，旗下全资附属公司修善寺滝亭株式会社与独立第三方李磊、韦选及株式会社日辉订立购股协议。根据协议，买方将以89,500,000日圆（约合4.6百万港元）收购目标公司株式会社日辉交通100%已发行股份。该代价可根据应付税款和银行现金情况进行向下或向上调整。交易完成后，目标公司将成为途屹控股的间接全资附属公司，其财务业绩将并入集团财务报表。
目标公司主营观光巴士运输服务，拥有8辆平均设有49个座位的观光巴士，其2025年12月31日账面净值约为8,301百万日圆。此次收购旨在提升观光巴士运力，以便承载更大规模的旅游团体。由于本次交易的若干适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，根据上市规则第14章，本次收购构成须予披露交易，需遵守申报及公告规定但获豁免取得股东批准。董事会认为协议条款公平合理，签署购股协议符合公司及其股东整体利益。
