集海黄金（02489）于2026年8月3日公布截至2026年7月31日的证券变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定股本维持在10,000,000,000股普通股不变，每股面值为港元0.01，总额为约1.00亿港元。
在已发行及/或库存股份变动方面，截至7月末，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）合计为2,399,435,000股，较上月底减少565,000股；同期公司库存股份达565,000股，两项合并后，总股本仍为2,400,000,000股。该变化主要源于公司根据股东于2026年6月26日授出的回购授权，回购了565,000股并将其作为库存股份持有，未予注销。
在股份期权方面，截至7月末，公司于2023年11月30日采纳并于2025年7月11日授出的21,000,000份购股权，当前结存20,000,000份，行使价为每股普通股港元1.50；本月内未发生新的股份期权授予、行使或失效，相关期权总数保持不变。
公司表示，截至2026年7月31日，已发行股本总数未发生实质性变化，公司确认严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。本次月报表由董事邵绪新正式签署。
