此次股息以港元支付，每股金额确定为1.08553港元，汇率为1元人民币兑1.14266港元。除净日为2026年5月12日，股份过户文件最后递交时限为5月13日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为5月14日至19日，记录日期为5月19日，股息派发日定为2026年7月8日。
代扣所得税方面，对于非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址），公司将代扣代缴10%的企业所得税。H股个人股东则根据税收协议适用不同税率：香港、澳门居民及与中国订立10%税率税收协议的国家或地区居民，按10%税率代扣代缴；与中国订立低于10%税率税收协议的居民，仍按10%代扣；与中国订立20%税率税收协议或未订立税收协议的国家或地区居民，以及其他情况，则按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。
