2026年10月7日，中广核新能源控股有限公司（股票代码：01811）发布翌日披露报表，公告其于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股36.60万股，约占公司已发行股本的0.009%。每股回购价格介于每股2.045港元至2.12港元之间，合计涉资757,180港元（折合约75.72万港元）。
公告显示，上述回购后，该批购回股份尚未注销，公司于2026年10月7日交易结束时已发行股本总数仍为4,289,924,000股，库藏股为零。该次回购基于公司2026年5月28日通过的股份购回授权，授权总数为428,992,400股，截至目前已累计回购13,897,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.324%。
公司确认，此次回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及当地适用法律法规。公告由主席兼执行董事胡光耀签署。
