Accenture Posts $18.7 Billion in Q4 Revenue, Up 6.3% Year Over Year

Accenture reported fourth-quarter revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6.3% year over year, compared with an estimate of $18.04 billion.

Fourth-quarter results: revenue came in at $18.7 billion, up 6.3% year over year, versus an estimate of $18.04 billion. Financial services revenue totaled $3.47 billion, up 4.7% year over year, compared with an estimate of $3.38 billion. Earnings per share were $3.29, compared with $2.25 in the same period a year earlier. Gross margin was 32%, compared with 31.9% a year earlier and an estimate of 31.8%. Free cash flow was $2.85 billion, down 25% year over year. Operating cash flow was $3.10 billion, down 21% year over year, compared with an estimate of $2.6 billion. Operating margin was 15.3%, compared with 11.6% a year earlier.

First-quarter guidance: revenue is expected to be between $18.95 billion and $19.60 billion. Revenue is expected to grow 2% to 6%.

Guidance for 2027: revenue is expected to grow 3% to 6%. Earnings per share are expected to be between $14.39 and $14.81.

Following the earnings release, Accenture PLC (ASX: ACN) shares rose more than 4% in premarket trading.
