ASCENTAGE H1 2026: Revenue Climbs 29.3 % to RMB 302.20 Million; Net Loss Deepens on R&D and Commercial Scale-Up

Ascentage Pharma Group International (“ASCENTAGE”) reported interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Financial Performance • Revenue rose 29.3 % year on year to RMB 302.20 million (USD 44.5 million), driven by a 32.6 % increase in product sales to RMB 282.40 million. • Total operating expenses expanded 36.1 % to RMB 1.04 billion, reflecting a 32.0 % rise in R&D spending to RMB 697.50 million and a 64.3 % surge in selling and distribution expenses to RMB 226.40 million, largely linked to Lisaftoclax marketing. • Net loss widened to RMB 817.00 million from RMB 590.80 million a year earlier. • Cash and bank balances stood at RMB 1.90 billion at period-end, down 23.3 % from 31 December 2025, mainly due to ongoing clinical and R&D outlays. • Gross profit reached RMB 290.49 million, compared with RMB 212.05 million in H1 2025.

Commercial Highlights • Olverembatinib listed at 879 direct-to-patient pharmacies and hospitals (+12 % YoY); hospital listings rose 34 % to 394. • Lisaftoclax entered 415 access points, including 60 hospitals, in its second year on the market. • ASCENTAGE eliminated the “B” marker on its Hong Kong stock short name after meeting the HKEX market capitalization/revenue test. • New executive hires: Dr Faiçal Miyara appointed Chief Business Officer, Jim Ziegler named Chief Commercial Officer to steer U.S. commercialization and global business development.

R&D and Pipeline Updates • Olverembatinib: Three Phase III trials—POLARIS-1 (first-line Ph+ ALL), POLARIS-2 (third-line CML), and POLARIS-3 (SDH-deficient GIST)—continue enrollment; EHA and ASCO data showed durable responses in TKI-resistant CML and Ph+ ALL; real-world study confirmed benefit in transplant-eligible BC-CML. • Lisaftoclax: Four registrational Phase III studies (GLORA, GLORA-2, ‑3, ‑4) ongoing across CLL/SLL, AML, and HR-MDS; multicenter real-world data demonstrated 70 % overall response in myeloid neoplasms; positioned for potential NRDL negotiation in 2026. • APG-3288 (BTK degrader): IND clearances from FDA and China CDE; Phase I trial underway in relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies. • APG-5918 (EED inhibitor): Phase I trials in oncology and anemia progressing; pre-clinical data presented at AACR showed synergy with topoisomerase I inhibitors. • APG-2449 (FAK/ALK/ROS1 inhibitor): Two CDE-cleared Phase III NSCLC studies ongoing; pre-clinical data indicate enhanced activity with MAPK pathway blockade. • Alrizomadlin (MDM2-p53 inhibitor): Multiple Phase Ib/II trials advancing; pediatric combination data with Lisaftoclax reported ORR of 88.9 % in R/R Ph+ ALL. • Pelcitoclax (Bcl-2/Bcl-xL dual inhibitor): Combination with osimertinib in EGFR-mutant NSCLC showed promising activity; additional global studies planned.

Manufacturing & CMC • Suzhou facility provides capacity for 250 million oral dosage units annually and supports global clinical supply of Olverembatinib and Lisaftoclax; EU GMP-compliant quality system in place.

Financing & Liquidity • No new fund-raising during the period; outstanding cash suffices for planned trials and operations. • Interest-bearing borrowings totaled RMB 2.09 billion; gearing ratio at 35.8 %.

Outlook ASCENTAGE will prioritize advancing registrational studies for Olverembatinib and Lisaftoclax, accelerate U.S. commercialization infrastructure, and explore strategic partnerships while maintaining a focus on apoptosis-targeted and protein degrader pipelines.
