康圣环球(09960)于2026年7月2日发布公告，披露公司当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股3.20万股，约占回购前已发行股份总数1,033,878,640股的0.0031%。此次回购价格区间介乎每股0.95港元至0.98港元，总耗资约3.08万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数变更为1,033,846,640股，库藏股数量增加至7,480,000股。同时，根据回购授权，公司可回购股份数量为103,426,264股，截至目前已累计回购416,000股，占回购授权获通过当日公司已发行股份总数的0.04022%。据悉，前述回购授权于2026年6月5日获得批准。
公司确认，本次回购行为已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规的要求。本公告由公司执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海节签署。
