保诚（Prudential plc，股份代号：02378）于2026年3月12日公布翌日披露报表，披露2026年3月11日在伦敦证券交易所回购42.39万股普通股，每股最高回购价为11.045英镑、最低回购价为10.885英镑，总涉资4,644,002.34英镑（约464.40万英镑）。
根据公告，该公司此前于2026年3月9日回购375,388股股份，并已于3月11日注销；于3月10日及3月11日分别购回291,757股和423,938股股份，上述两批股份尚未注销。经本次注销后，保诚的已发行股份数目减少至2,532,875,754股，库藏股数目仍为零。
资料显示，保诚于2025年5月14日通过了相关购回授权，可购回股份总数为262,668,701股。截至目前，公司累计在交易所购回74,281,434股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股份的约2.851955%。公告同时确认回购程序符合上市规则及适用法例要求。
