HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) Reports Total Contracted Sales of Approximately RMB 900 Million for First Two Months

HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the two-month period ended February 28, 2026, the total contracted sales amount for the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately RMB 900 million. This figure includes property contracted sales of about RMB 820 million and fitting-out contracted sales of approximately RMB 80 million.

For the single month of February 2026, the total contracted sales amount for the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately RMB 309 million. This consisted of property contracted sales of about RMB 268 million and fitting-out contracted sales of approximately RMB 41 million.

During the two-month period ended February 28, 2026, the contracted sales area for properties developed by the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 49,768 square meters. The average selling price for these property contracts was about RMB 16,480 per square meter.

For the same two-month period, the total contracted sales area for non-self-invested properties managed under the "HOPSON" brand by the Group, its joint ventures, and associates was approximately 5,319 square meters. The contracted sales amount for these managed properties was approximately RMB 207 million.

In February 2026 alone, the contracted sales area for properties managed under the "HOPSON" brand was approximately 3,684 square meters, generating a contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 89 million.
