\n\n公司称，本次购回乃依据2025年5月14日获通过的购回授权进行，授权范围为262,668,701股。截至公告日，保诚已回购76,119,597股，占获授权当日公司已发行股本约2.922529%。公司同时确认，已遵守所有适用上市规则、法律及其他相关监管规定，后续将按要求执行后续注销或相关手续。
