深圳市飞速创新技术股份有限公司（03355，下称“飞速创新”）7月21日披露正面盈利预告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月业绩较上年同期大幅上升。

飞速创新根据未经审计综合管理账目初步估算，2026年上半年收入预计介乎17.49亿元至17.77亿元，较2025年同期的13.99亿元增加约25.0%至27.0%。

同期，净利润预计介乎4.37亿元至4.65亿元，对比2025年同期的2.73亿元，增幅约60.1%至70.1%。经调整后净利润（扣除股份支付、上市开支及赎回负债利息支出影响）预计为4.57亿元至4.86亿元，较2025年同期的2.95亿元增长约54.7%至64.7%。

公司指出，业绩增长主要受以下因素推动： 1. 全球AI算力集群及高速数据中心建设需求持续释放，带动企业级高速网络基础设施行业景气度上行，核心业务订单规模扩大； 2. 高附加值、面向企业数据中心及AI高性能计算场景的解决方案收入增速约45.4%，高于整体营收增速，且占比持续提升； 3. 营业收入规模扩大带来规模效应，摊薄固定成本，成本结构持续优化。

飞速创新表示，上述数据基于董事会可得资料及未经审计的综合管理账目，最终业绩有待核数师及审计委员会审阅。公司计划于2026年8月底前公布中期业绩。
