2026年6月11日，泉峰控股有限公司（股票代码：02285）发布翌日披露报表，公告于香港联交所场内进行股份回购。最新数据显示，公司于2026年6月11日回购280,700股普通股，占当日已发行股本约0.055%，每股回购价格介乎港币14.80元至15.08元，合计耗资约4,205,419港元（约420.54万港元）。
根据公告，公司就2026年6月8日至6月10日也分别回购了119,300股、150,000股及150,000股，均为“购回股份拟注销但尚未注销”。截至2026年6月11日收市，公司已发行股本总数仍为511,053,811股，库存股份数为0。购回授权已于2026年5月18日获股东大会通过，授权购回股份总数为51,105,381股；公司指出，迄今在香港联交所或其他证券交易所已累积回购7,000,000股，约占该回购授权通过时已发行股本的0.137%。
公司同时确认，本次回购活动已获董事会正式授权，并遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书兼首席财务官胡以安签署。
