China Merchants Securities Co.,Ltd. (CMSC) has detailed its collaborative efforts with its parent company, China Merchants Group, which are being strategically advanced along two primary axes.

The first axis involves industry-finance synergy, where the firm leverages its financial capabilities to support the industrial upgrading of the group. This initiative is centered on the group's "third entrepreneurial endeavor," with a focus on three key areas: digital intelligence technology, green technology, and life sciences, and is being implemented through the "Antelope Leap Plan."

The second axis is finance-finance synergy, which aims to integrate resources within the group's financial sector to create a combined development force. This is being executed through two mechanisms: "One Merchant, Three Investments" and the "1+5+N" framework.

By capitalizing on its strengths in distribution channels and services, the company has established cooperative chains with subsidiaries of the group in areas such as product sales, asset custody, and wealth management. The focus is on providing comprehensive, lifecycle services for corporate clients and delivering joint solutions.

The essence of the "1+5+N" mechanism is to integrate "one bank, five investment institutions, and N partners" to offer clients a seamless, one-stop comprehensive financial service capability.

Looking ahead, the company plans to further deepen its co-construction and sharing mechanisms. By leveraging the group's four major industrial sectors and its full financial license advantages, CMSC aims to effectively implement the "One Merchant, Three Investments" and "1+5+N" cooperation frameworks, translating them into quantifiable and measurable business growth outcomes.
