Central China Real Estate Shareholders Endorse All 2026 AGM Resolutions with Near-Unanimous Support

Central China Real Estate Limited announced that every motion tabled at its Annual General Meeting on 10 June 2026 was approved by poll, receiving at least 99.79% of the votes cast.

Shareholders holding the full 3.04 billion issued shares were eligible to vote, with no restrictions or mandatory abstentions reported. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer.

Key approvals include: • The audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025 (99.79% in favour). • Re-election of independent non-executive directors Mr Cheung Shek Lun, Mr Xin Luo Lin and Dr Sun Yuyang (each securing 99.79% support). • Authorisation for the board to fix directors’ remuneration (100.00% in favour). • Re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as external auditor for 2026, with authority for the board to determine its fees (100.00% in favour). • Renewal of general mandates permitting the board to issue additional shares (99.79%), repurchase shares (100.00%), and extend the issue mandate (99.79%).

Director attendance was mixed: two directors joined electronically, while five were absent due to other business commitments.

The decisive voting margins underscore broad shareholder endorsement of Central China Real Estate’s governance arrangements and capital management flexibility for the upcoming financial year.
