Bosideng International Holdings Limited (stock code: 03998) disclosed that between 31 January 2026 and 06 February 2026, its issued shares increased from 11,676,156,872 to 11,678,991,872, representing a net addition of 2,835,000 shares. The newly issued ordinary shares were related to share awards or options under the 2017 Scheme (adopted on 25 August 2017) and the 2024 Scheme (adopted on 20 August 2024), including allocations to participants who were not directors and to at least one director. The highest single allotment involved 1,095,000 new shares granted on 06 February 2026 at HKD 3.65 per share, bringing the total number of issued shares to 11,678,991,872.
