碧桂園服務控股有限公司（06098）於2025年12月18日發布翌日披露報表，公告顯示該公司當日於聯交所回購股份270萬股，約佔已發行股本0.0808%。回購價格介乎每股6.33港元至6.35港元，合共涉資約1,714萬港元。
公告顯示，回購完成後，公司已發行股本仍維持在3,343,378,516股，庫藏股維持為零。回購授權於2025年5月23日獲批，公司可根據該授權回購最多334,093,014股。截至目前，合共已回購54,311,000股，約佔授權通過日期已發行股本的1.6256%。
公司表示，此次回購遵守香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則及相關法例。公告由聯席公司秘書梁創順簽署。
