【财华社讯】中远海发（02866）7月29日发布自愿公告称，为满足船舶租赁项目资金需求并配合公司经营发展，董事会拟调整债务融资工具发行方案，将中期票据（MTN）发行规模在原有不超过100亿元的基础上增加150亿元，调整后中期票据发行规模上限达不超过250亿元。
公告回顾显示，依据2025年6月05日公告的2024年股东周年大会通函及2025年6月26日的大会结果公告，公司已按统一注册模式向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册债务融资工具，原先的发行余额上限为120亿元，其中超短期融资券（SCP）循环额度20亿元、中期票据额度100亿元。
本次调整仅涉及中期票据发行规模增加，超短期融资券发行规模维持20亿元不变，发行期限、募集资金用途、发行方式、发行对象及承销方式等其他核心要素保持不变。此前2024年股东周年大会授予的各项授权继续有效。
上述调整方案尚需提交股东大会审议批准。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎态度。
