EDENSOFT (01147) announced that its subsidiary, Shenzhen EDENSOFT Co., Ltd., has formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Superfusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. on March 18, 2026. The core focus of the collaboration will be centered on three key areas: hardware computing power, enabling AI applications across all scenarios, and building a joint ecosystem. By leveraging their respective industrial strengths, the partners aim to construct an integrated system of "computing hardware + AI applications + full-process services" to promote the integration of computing power with practical enterprise AI scenarios.

Specific collaborative measures involve deep cooperation in technology research and development, market expansion, and resource sharing, establishing a joint innovation mechanism. The partnership will concentrate on key industries to co-create the EDEN eCopilot Hub integrated solution, which features "local computing power + AI applications + local large language models + OpenClaw." This initiative will deeply integrate Superfusion's leading computing power with EDENSOFT's self-developed AI applications to enable local inference, ensuring data does not need to be uploaded to the cloud. This approach addresses enterprise concerns regarding data security and deployment barriers during AI implementation.

The joint product will provide customers with integrated software and hardware, secure and compliant OpenClaw, and local deployment capabilities for large models. This will assist clients in managing data security, reducing associated costs, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI applications. The establishment of this strategic partnership represents a significant move by the group to align with industry trends and strengthen its position in the AI application and enterprise digital intelligence sectors. By combining their respective advantages in software development, AI application deployment, and hardware computing power, the collaborators have formed a synergistic and complementary cooperation model.

This collaboration is expected to positively impact the group's business layout and market expansion in the digital intelligence field. It further completes the product chain from "AI application software" to "integrated hardware terminals," creating a differentiated competitive advantage through integrated software and hardware solutions. The ability to perform local inference and keep data off the cloud fundamentally resolves enterprise anxieties about data security and deployment challenges in AI adoption, enabling the group to offer more comprehensive digital intelligence solutions to its customers.
