业务分项
期内，物业发展及销售业务收入6.68亿港元，同比增长8.2%，主要来自Bal Residence及尚柏项目的部分剩余单位交付，以及横琴创新方第二期部分住房大楼（T1）的收入确认。物业投资业务收入5.73亿港元，同比下降7.7%，酒店业务收入6.38亿港元，同比微降1.5%。公司整体经调整EBITDA为3.79亿港元，同比下降23.3%。
