2026年3月23日，DYNAM JAPAN（06889）发布公告，称公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股50.00万股，占该次回购前公司已发行股本约0.07205%，回购价格区间为每股3.27港元至3.24港元，涉资总额约162.61万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）降至693,463,496股，库藏股数量增至2,979,600股。该回购依据2025年6月24日股东大会通过的股份购回授权开展，授权可回购股份总数为69,644,309股。截至目前，公司累计回购2,979,600股，占授权批复数约0.4278%，剩余可回购额度为66,664,709股。公司确认本次交易过程符合香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法例。
