中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司（02039）于2025年12月5日更新翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所回购679,900股H股，回购价格介乎每股港币8.36至8.50元，总金额约港币5,762,639元。本次回购股份占本次交易前已发行股份总数的约0.02%，回购后公司已发行股份总数变更为3,030,790,595股，库藏股数量增至59,047,300股。
根据公告显示，此次回购系依据2025年5月15日通过的股份购回授权进行，可回购股数上限为308,983,789股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购的股份数量为59,047,300股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的1.91%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则的相关规定。
