莎莎国际（00178）于2026年8月6日发布的截至2026年7月31日止7月股份变动月报显示，公司7月期间无新增发行或股份回购行为，整体股本架构持续维持不变。
根据公告，莎莎国际在本月底的法定股本仍为8,000,000,000股普通股，股每股面值为港币0.1元，注册股本合计港币800,000,000元。已发行股份数维持在3,103,189,458股，且无库存股份。
关于公司股份期权情况，“2012年购股权计划”期权余量本月未发生变动，维持在300,000份；“2022年购股权计划”在本月失效1,200,000份，期末余量为26,300,000份。本期内未因任何期权行使而新增发行股份。
公司表示，其上市后持续满足最低公众持股量要求，相关股份发行及授予均符合香港联交所《上市规则》及其他监管法规。公告由执行董事及公司秘书钟明杰签署。
