10月5日，信义能源控股有限公司（股票代码：03868）发布翌日披露报表，披露公司当日于香港联交所回购普通股1,090,000股，占已发行股份（不含库藏股）总数的0.0128%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币0.775元至0.78元之间，合计涉资84.70万港元（折合港币847,030元）。
根据公告，截至上述回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）数量仍为8,653,363,349股，库存股份数目保持为0。公告显示，信义能源的股份回购授权于2026年5月29日通过，授权总数为851,971,235股。截至公告日，公司已在香港联交所及其他证券交易所合计回购股份51,252,000股，占购回授权通过当天已发行股份总数的0.6016%。
公司表示，本次回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及其他适用法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书林志光签署。
