凌雄科技(02436)于公告中披露，公司于2026年7月24日在香港联交所场内回购股份120,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.0345%。本次回购的每股价格介乎每股18.19港元至19.27港元，合计耗资2,227,014港元（约222.70万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为353,259,000股，库存股份数由5,622,600股增加至5,742,600股。按照2026年6月5日所获股东大会授权，公司可回购最多35,057,910股，截止目前已回购数量为3,062,700股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.8736%。
公司确认，本次回购事宜已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定，本次公告由公司秘书刘炎签署。
