PropNex Limited (OYY) said the claimant has discontinued and withdrawn the lawsuit that had been filed against its wholly owned subsidiary, PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd.
The legal action was originally disclosed in a voluntary announcement dated Feb, 11 2025. PropNex stated that the withdrawal of the suit will not have a material impact on the group’s financial position or performance for the year ended Dec, 31 2025.
