SMART FISH (00139) announced that effective from October 13, 2025: Chen Changjiong has been appointed as the company's executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and chairman of both the executive committee and nomination committee; Muk Shau Meng has resigned from his positions as executive director and member of the executive committee; and Chen Xiaodong, vice chairman of the board of directors, will no longer serve as chairman of the nomination committee.
