PHANCY (06682) shares climbed nearly 6% during the session and were last trading up 4.09% at HK$30.54, with turnover reaching HK$134 million.

On the news front, PHANCY recently took the lead as a "chain master" unit in launching an AI agent innovation project, supported by the Beijing municipal science and technology authorities. The project focuses on AI agent technology innovation and industrial application, advancing the development of enterprise-level AI agent technologies and ecosystem platforms across industries. With an investment of nearly 70 million yuan, the initiative aims to build a complete software stack for AI agent operation, management, and ecosystem support, create an industry-specific AI agent ecosystem marketplace, and develop supporting tools and access standards—all designed to foster an open, collaborative enterprise AI agent industrial partnership ecosystem.

Notably, PHANCY recently signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. The bank will provide PHANCY with 3 billion yuan in意向性 financing support, earmarked for AI computing power infrastructure construction and core technology iteration. Specifically, this financing will be directed toward key areas such as PHANCY's heterogeneous chip clusters and foundational computing architecture upgrades, providing stable capital support for the growth of flagship products like HAMi and ModelHub, as well as cutting-edge businesses including API and Agentic AI.
