On August 19th, during "Luo Yonghao's Crossroads" program, Li Xiang shared his experience during financial difficulties, revealing that he met with 150 investors and several business leaders. Among them, one with whom he had the most collaboration ultimately rejected his proposal. Li Xiang also mentioned a minor incident where he encountered Liu Jiangfeng on the day of rejection, who "witnessed the entire humiliating process."

Li Xiang stated that the last person he met was Wang Xing. "My wife is so grateful to him. Because we rejected him during our B-round," Li Xiang said with emotion.

He described Wang Xing as arguably "the greatest benefactor" in his entrepreneurial journey. He explained why the situation felt so desperate at the time: Meituan's stock price was performing particularly poorly, having fallen significantly below its IPO price, and many people were advising Wang Xing against investing. "Some people had invested in NIO, others in XPeng, and they were all trying to persuade Wang Xing not to invest in us." Ultimately, Wang Xing invested $300 million in Li Auto.
