Wei Yuan Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 01343) released its monthly return for the period ended 31 January 2026. The announcement shows that the company’s authorised share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.01, totaling HKD 20,000,000.
