ZTE Declares RMB0.411 Final Dividend per Share for FY2025; Ex-Dividend Date Set for 22 June 2026

ZTE Corporation has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB4.11 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB0.411 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution was approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026 and will be paid on 10 July 2026.

Shareholders must hold ZTE shares before the ex-dividend date of 22 June 2026 to qualify for the payout. The Hong Kong share register will close from 24 June 2026 to 29 June 2026, with the record date set for 29 June 2026. The latest time to lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is 16:30 on 23 June 2026.

Dividend currency and exchange-rate details will be announced separately. Withholding tax will apply as follows: • Non-resident corporate shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a China tax treaty ≤10%: 10% personal income tax • Non-resident individual shareholders from jurisdictions without a tax treaty: 20% personal income tax • Mainland investors holding H-shares via Southbound Trading: 20% personal income tax

H-share convertible bondholders (USD-settled zero-coupon bonds due 2030, code 85046) must exercise conversion rights by 15:00 on 26 May 2026 to be entitled to attend the 2025 AGM and receive the dividend.
