摩比发展有限公司（00947）7月31日在港交所公告称，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合净亏损将介乎人民币3,000万元至人民币3,100万元，较2025年同期的人民币3,282万元亏损有所收窄。
公司指出，本期亏损主要受以下因素影响： 1. 期内总体销售收入和产品出货量同比增长，但受国内运营商投资重心转移及地缘政治等外部因素影响，收入增长未达预期； 2. 原材料及人工成本持续上升压缩毛利率，通过成本管控后，毛利率较去年同期有所改善； 3. 受美元兑人民币汇率贬值影响，产生汇兑亏损约人民币555万元，而去年同期为汇兑收益约人民币45万元，合计影响损益约人民币600万元。剔除汇兑因素，集团上半年净亏损较去年同期收窄约25%。
公告称，集团财务状况保持稳健并具备充足营运资金。管理层将持续推进5G-A及6G相关产品布局，并加速介质新材料及卫星通信等新业务拓展。公司预计2026年8月下旬披露中期业绩报告。
