Performance Forecast "Deception" Unfolds: Jinke Property Group's Loss Surges from 30 Billion to 75 Billion Yuan, Receives Regulatory Letter

On September 19, according to an announcement released by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Jinke Property Group Co.,Ltd. (000656) received a regulatory letter. The regulatory letter pointed out that Jinke Property Group disclosed in its "2025 Semi-Annual Performance Forecast" on July 15, 2025, that it expected a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 30 billion to 45 billion yuan for the first half of 2025. However, on August 30, 2025, the company revised its performance forecast, predicting a net loss of 75.23 billion yuan, and confirmed this loss in its "2025 Semi-Annual Report" disclosed on the same day.

The Shenzhen Stock Exchange pointed out that Jinke Property Group's performance forecast-related information disclosure was inaccurate, violating multiple provisions of the "Stock Listing Rules (2025 Revision)". The regulatory letter emphasized that the company and all directors and senior management should learn from this lesson, strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and information disclosure obligations, and prevent similar incidents from occurring again.

For the first half of 2025, Jinke Property Group achieved revenue of 23.63 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to shareholders of -75.23 billion yuan.
