美国制造业连续第四个月收缩，订单和就业加速下滑，行业持续处于困境之中。
据周二公布的数据，供应管理学会(ISM)制造业指数上月微升0.5至49，低于50意味着行业收缩。原材料采购价格指数显示通胀略有加快。订单指标创三个月来最大降幅，这已经是连续第五个月下滑，可能反映出关税提高和整体经济放缓的影响。
积压订单指标下跌2.8至44.3，降幅为一年来最大。该指标连续33个月处于萎缩区间，时间之长创下纪录最高。需求疲软和积压订单减少部分解释了制造业就业下降速度加快的原因。
ISM就业指标降至三个月低点，且连续五个月位于萎缩区间。
与此同时，ISM调查显示，材料成本上升仍困扰生产商。价格指标升至69.7，接近2022年6月以来最高水平。
