同道猎聘(股票代码：06100)日前发布公告，董事会已于2026年6月3日的股东周年大会上提呈普通决议案，拟授予股份购回一般性授权，规模最高不超过公司于决议通过当日已发行股本总数（不包括任何库存股份）的10%，约50,490,517股。公告显示，此次购回将根据开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则开展，资金主要来源于公司合法可动用的资源。
公告称，公司已发行股本（不含库存股）共504,905,174股，库存股份为9,578,600股。若此次授权获通过，董事会在授权有效期内可于联交所择机回购股份，预计可增强每股价值与股东回报，并灵活调整资本结构。公司曾于2025年12月回购9,578,600股股份。
公司董事会表示，此次购回计划有望提升公司整体价值，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。董事会目前无进一步回购时间表。上述授权尚待2026年6月3日举行的股东周年大会批准，相关股份过户登记将于5月29日至6月3日期间暂时关闭以确定投票资格。公司提醒股东依照公告所示时间妥善办理过户手续。
