12月1日，新思科技盘前涨超9%，英伟达宣布以每股414.79美元的价格投资20亿美元入股新思科技。
此次合作将整合英伟达的人工智能(AI)与加速计算优势与新思科技领先的工程解决方案，助力研发团队以更高精度、更快速度、更低成本设计、仿真和验证智能产品。
据介绍，此次合作将涵盖英伟达CUDA加速计算(CUDA accelerated computing)、智能体与物理人工智能(agentic and physical AI)、以及Omniverse数字孪生(digital twins)，实现传统CPU计算无法达到的仿真速度与规模，开辟工程领域新市场机遇。为推动GPU加速工程解决方案的普及，双方还将在工程和市场推广活动中展开合作。
