本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本与库藏股数量维持分别为11,801,671,135股及0股。中国旺旺表示，此次回购股份将按相关规定予以注销。公司于2025年8月26日获得购回股份授权，可回购总数为1,180,307,113股，截止目前已购回6,627,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本约0.0561%。
