On August 21, TRANSPORT INT'L released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$4.226 billion, representing a 3.98% year-on-year increase. Profit for the period reached HK$190 million, surging 57.94% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.37, while the company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.3 per share.

TRANSPORT INT'L is a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties, primarily engaged in franchised public bus services. The company also operates non-franchised transport, property, and multimedia businesses. Notably, the company holds a 35% equity interest in Shenzhen Bus Group and owns a 31.38% stake in BAW Futian. Through these investments in transport service operators in Shenzhen and Beijing, the company is positioned to capitalize on transport-related business opportunities in mainland China.
