快手科技(01024)于2026年4月9日发布翌日披露报表，公告公司股份回购及已发行股本变动等情况。
根据公告，公司于2026年4月9日于香港联交所场内回购B类普通股共1,100,000股，占相关时点公司已发行股本约0.0253%。每股回购价介乎港币44.98元至45.08元，合计支付约49,514,520港元，折合约4951.45万港元。回购股份将作拟注销处理。
公告同时显示，公司于2026年4月8日及4月9日分别因行使首次公开发售前员工持股计划所授予的期权，发行B类普通股88,790股与9,900股，发行价均为每股港币0.3273。发行后公司B类普通股数目上升至3,657,778,087股，库藏股数目仍为0。
此外，回购授权的股东决议通过日期为2025年6月19日，公司可回购股份总数为428,392,652股。截至目前，快手科技已根据该授权累计回购31,611,900股。公司确认，前述股份发行及回购均已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。
