China Telecom to Review 1H 2026 Results and Potential Interim Dividend at 20 Aug Board Meeting

China Telecom Corporation Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 20 August 2026 in Beijing to approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration and amount of an interim dividend, if any.

The meeting will be chaired by Ke Ruiwen, who serves as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Key executives slated to attend include President and Chief Operating Officer Liu Guiqing, Executive Vice Presidents Tang Ke and Chief Financial Officer Li Yinghui, Non-Executive Director Lyu Yongzhong, four Independent Non-Executive Directors—Ng Kar Ling Johnny, Lee Sunny Wai Kwong, Liang Xuming and Chen Ji Min—and Employee Director Guan Lixin. Company Secretary Wong Yuk Har issued the notice on 10 August 2026.

The forthcoming announcement of the interim results and any dividend decision will provide investors with updated insight into China Telecom’s financial performance and shareholder return policy for the first half of 2026.
