HANS GP HLDGS (00554) announced that on December 10, 2025, Citybus (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into an agreement with ADL Asia to purchase 30 Enviro 500 12-meter double-decker buses, with a total cost of approximately £9.25 million (equivalent to around HK$93.78 million).
