Shanxi Install Issues Reminder on Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 24

Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd. (Shanxi Install) has reiterated that all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically rather than in printed form.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be available on its website (www.sxaz.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply a functional email address to the intermediaries through which their shares are held—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure prompt receipt of these materials. If no email address is provided, or if the address is invalid, the company will continue to rely on its electronic posting to satisfy disclosure obligations under the Listing Rules.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications may complete and return the accompanying reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit a request by email to sxaz.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on +852 2862 8688 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.

The reminder letter was issued on 24 April 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Ren Rui on behalf of the board.
