截至2025年9月30日止六个月，莊士中國投資錄得營收約1.01億港元，上年同期為2,094萬港元，同比增长約382%。同期经调整净亏损約6,230萬港元，較上年同期虧損約1.76億港元顯著收窄。毛利率由上年同期的52.1%下降至19.3%。銷售及推廣費用同比上升34.2%至1,610萬港元，管理及其他經營支出則同比下降14.9%至5,590萬港元。
业务分项
物業銷售方面，香港鴨脷洲平瀾街8號弦岸項目錄得銷售額約8,310萬港元，帶動物業發展板塊收入大幅提升。投資物業方面，香港、馬來西亞等區域的出租收入保持穩定。墓園業務在回顧期內實現銷售額約620萬港元。此外，報告期內，處置位於中國成都相關債權回籠現金淨額約1.03億港元，進一步增強了財務穩健度。
展望方面，管理層在報告中表示將繼續審慎評估整體經濟環境，並在持續優化現有業務的同時把握新機遇，以提升現金儲備和股東回報。
