Palinda Group Holdings Limited (PALINDA) announced on 28 April 2026 that its FY-2025 Annual Report and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.palinda.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose PALINDA shares are held through CCASS participants—can obtain printed copies on request. Investors who previously opted for hard-copy corporate communications will automatically receive the printed Annual Report 2025 (the ESG Report remains online only).

Request procedure: • Submit a written request to Union Registrars Limited, Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or email 8179-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. • Shareholders experiencing difficulty accessing the online documents may request complimentary printed versions. • To receive future corporate communications electronically, shareholders should provide an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
