Early this morning, a sudden mudslide struck Yanbian County in Panzhihua City, leaving individuals unaccounted for and disrupting local transportation and communication networks.

In response to the emergency, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Emergency Management urgently dispatched the Wing Loong emergency rescue drone to the disaster zone. By leveraging advanced technologies such as aerial mesh networking and comprehensive disaster area reconnaissance, the drone established a crucial support channel for ground rescue teams.

Following the dispatch command, the Wing Loong drone took off at 9:40 AM and arrived at the core disaster airspace by 11:50 AM, promptly commencing multi-dimensional emergency support operations. To date, the drone's airborne base station has achieved stable communication coverage across the affected area, successfully facilitating over two hundred real-time emergency calls. Additionally, it has recorded more than one thousand external device connection redundancies, effectively resolving the critical challenges of poor communication and disrupted contact in the disaster zone.
