9月22日，港股部分芯片股午后异动拉升，中芯国际涨超5%续刷历史新高，华虹半导体涨超3%。
高盛近日发布研报称，将中芯国际H股目标价上调15%至73.1港元。这一乐观预期主要源于对中国IC设计需求和人工智能趋势的看好，预计这将强劲支撑中芯国际的产量与平均售价。该行同时上调公司2028-2029年营收及每股收益预测，并指出2025年第三季度营收环比预计增长5%–7%，可能成为短期股价催化剂。
值得注意的是，中芯国际拟发行A股购买中芯北方49%少数股权。国泰海通证券表示，完成后其产能扩张及localforlocal趋势将进一步加强。此外，当前国内先进制程工艺持续迭代，AI芯片有望逐步转向国内晶圆代工，而中芯国际作为布局先进制程的核心资产将有望迎来AI时代的广阔国产替代空间。
