Recent business registration filings indicate a formal change in leadership at DingTalk Technology Co., Ltd. The company's legal representative, director, and manager roles have been transferred from Chen Hang to Zhu Hong.

Established in December 2017, the company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope encompasses various telecommunications services, including first and second-class value-added telecom services and basic telecom operations. It is wholly owned by Hangzhou Baoxuan Investment Management Co., Ltd.

This administrative update follows recent significant management shifts at the company. Earlier this month, Alibaba announced that DingTalk's founder, Chen Hang, had stepped down from his role as CEO. He was succeeded by Chen Yusen, a technology expert born in 1992.

The leadership transition had been preceded by internal controversy. A lengthy resignation letter detailing intense management practices at DingTalk circulated on social media, sparking widespread discussion. Subsequently, the new CEO, Chen Yusen, issued an internal communication outlining a reorganization of DingTalk's structure. A key part of this restructuring was the establishment of a Core Platform Business Department, which is now responsible for DingTalk's primary operations and is led by the company's former CTO, Zhu Hong.
